request for photos,urgent information needed!

I recieved a letter from cic requesting for my passport.The Appendix c of the letter says...please submit 3 photos of the above specification, taken within the last 3 months,of yourself and dependants included in your application....

My daughter is already a canadian citizen and my son is not a citizen yet,but not accompanying me to canada.

My question is should I submit their photos?

If you did not include them on your application, then no. You dont have to send their pictures.
