Request for photos received after the 15 days printed on the letter

We recieved a request for new photos and updated contact information today in the mail. Its dated January 20th and says we have 15 days from date on the letter for them to receive the requested items.

What. The. Hell.

We're rushing out to get new photos and overnighting them to Ottawa. But now we're overly concerned that we are screwed. Anyone else receive a request after the 15 days?

We're outland. Checked the mail today and had a letter dated the 20th of January..we just rushed to get new photos and paid for express delivery. But they won't being Ottawa until Tuesday. I'm going to call CIC Monday and let them know that they have been sent. I find it odd that ecas never updated that they sent us something..

Now we are just concerned that the application will end up declined. We will be at 20 days from the date of letter by the time they receive the photos and updated contact info.
