Request for passport copy for spouse

Folks,
Hoping one of you can help me understand....

Got an email from CTD-Ottawa this morning " requesting passport copy of spouse(by email)"
After 5 min got another email " Please disregard the email sent earlier, it was sent my mistake"

We both have completed our medicals and Ecas is showing medicals received. Just wondering if there are any hiccups at these final stages.

AOR Received.: 21 sep, 2013
Med's Request: 3 March, 2014
Med's Done....: 2 April, 2014
Added Spouse : 7 April, 2014
Med's Req(spouse): 24 April, 2014
Med's Done.....: 19 May, 2014
Ecas change....: 21 May, 2014 (Medical results have been recieved)

Are you from Visa exempt country? I guess they sent the email, but later found that, they already have the passport copy. So they sent another email to correct the mistake.

You should get PPR soon. If you are from Visa exempt they will send you COPR by post.

You were right "iamroth". Got PPR literally 20 min ago!!!!!!... Its past 10pm here(stange time for a PPR request).

Medical done on 7th May 2014
Medical uploaded on 9th 2014
RPRF Payment Request on 15th May 2014 ( Thou we already paid on 12th May 2014)

Thank God we finally received our PPR 3 hrs ago our timeline is as follows:

RPRF Payment Request on 15th May 2014 ( Thou we already paid on 12th May 2014)
PPR Request 28th May 2014(Luckily i already sent my passport 3 weeks ago to my husband)
