REQUEST FOR PASSPORT - BRITISH CITIZEN

Good afternoon,
I have an AOR of Sept 2018 and has been on file review since December 2018. My Medicals expired in July 2019.

I just got an email from CIC Ottawa Requesting for my passport as final requirement.

I have checked my online profile and there are no pending messages there
I noted that they changed my medicls as completed to yesterday which is the same date they sent the email.

I assume this is an official email fron them.
Please can I confirm from other British citizens if they needed to send their poriginal passports or justa photocopy of the frontpage?

What would be the next step following this? Its been a long wait for progress but I hope this is a significant step

As I said, just a copy. You must submit the bio page.

Thank you. As per my Understanding it is only photos that I now need submit to VAC of London.

Everything else is uploaded online?
IS this all done through the webform?
