request for medicals received from NYC, instructions a little vaugue

1. " Please complete an IMM8 for you and your spouse. The forms currently on file require updating"
None of our info has changed, so I presume it's OK to send a copy of the form that was originally mailed out. Do I need to be sending Schedules 1&3 as well?

2. "The following fees are outstanding: RPRF paid by your sponsor at the Case Processing Center in Mississauga. Pls provide a copy of the receipt...."
I presume this is a generic letter that I received which is intended for family-based applications. We are applying under FSW Cat1, therefore my understanding is that I need to be paying the consulate directly. Therefore my package to the consulate in NYC should include a certified check and not a receipt. I intend to follow the instructions here:

I tried paying online but it appears that they won't take payments for applications outside Canada.

3. Also does anybody have a recommended DMP in DC/VA/MD area? And any tips for speeding up the medicals process. It says to take these forms and 5 photos, anything else??

Hi Judan,

Nobody has replied to my post. I just made the doctor appts but have not had a chance to figure out the payment portion. Please keep me posted if you find anything out. I am inclined to send them certified check in USD as outlined on this page:

And also, I have got two copies of this letter. One with my name and filenumber and another copy without anything.

I checked with one of my friend who applied under the same category and got his PR few weeks ago.

He said just ignore this and go as per the website's instructions. I have booked an appointment next week.
I will check with one of the consultant here and keep you posted.

Hi, I spoke to one of the consultants. He clearly told that theres something wrong and it should be for Family Class only.

So, just go ahead with the certified cheque or bank draft of 490$ to NYC office.

I have just checked the instructions, and the forms, nothing has changed since the time I applied. Form IMM08 only needs to be filled out by the main applicant.

What should I be sending them? Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 are filed by both main applicant and spouse??

Any help would be appreciated.
