Request for LMIA even already working with employers

Hi, can I request LMIA even though I have been working already for a year in my employer under PGWP? They can offer one but I am curious it is still possible when I already have worked for 1 year. The LMIA is my only chance to get invited as the crs score now in all program are very high. Please help.
