Dear Friends,
Myself Deepak currently working in Dubai, UAE. I have applied for Temp. work permit through IMP for Canada & completed my biometric on 14 Feb 2022 through the consultant located in Dubai. I completed my biometric on 14th Feb 2022, But unfortunately still i didn't get final announcement even i waited for 1 years. When i follow up with consultant they are sending me same screenshot mentioning my application details & advise me to wait for final announcement.
Requesting for your advise how can i check my application from my own side & need to know whether consultancy is fake or not. If you required more information regarding my application let me know.

IMP program is LMIA exempt. So to be eligible, it would be an inter company transfer with your current company to the Canadian office. So talk to your current employer about status. If it is not a company transfer then post the job offer and NOC. Your employer would have paid $1k to file for the LMIA. If you have paid money and the job offer gives you ”free” things like accommodations, airfare, food then fake.

You cannot check a LMIA number, you need to have access to your files. So ask consultant for access. You can look online and see if licensed. Hopefully you didn’t give much money.

I am pleased to offer you the position of Administrative Assistant under the contract partner of Sixthexecutive. This letter details the term and conditions of your employment.
1. Position. You will be employed on a full-time basis in the position. Your full responsibilities are outlined in the attached job description. Within this position, you will report directly to the concerned department supervisor or the manager.
2. Commencement. Your star date will be February 07, 2022.
3. Rate of pay. Your rate of pay will be CAD 22.00 per hour, payable bi-weekly (by cheque or directly deposit)
4. Work Week. Your regular work week will be Monday to Friday. You will be receive two paid 15-minite break and 30 minute paid for lunch.
5. Overtime. Should you be required to work overtime, you will be entitled to over time rate for this hour worked in accordance with the New Brunswick Employment Standard Act. (You must obtain prior approval from a member of the company’s Management team before working any overtime hours.)
6. Probationary Period. Your first three (3) month of employment will serve as a probationary period. During this time your performance will be monitored, assessed and evaluated for suitability to this role and your continued employment.
7. Benefits. You will be eligible to participate in the company’s benefits plan after three months of continuous employment and successful completion of the probationary period, details of which are attached.
8. Vacation. Your vacation entitlement will be 25 working days of paid vacation after one year of full-time employment; 35 working days of paid vacation after two years of full-time employment.
9. Statutory Holidays, You are entitle to ten statutory holidays are follows: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day and Christmas Day. Eligibility for statutory holiday pay will be in accordance with the NB Employment Standards Act.
10. Company Policies. You are expected to abide by all of Sixthexecutive’s policies, practices and procedures. This will be provide to you during your orientation, which will be schedule for you on your first day of work.
11. Termination. The company may terminate your employment for cause, without notice or any payment in lieu thereof. The company may terminate your employment without cause by providing to you the minimum notice or severance or termination pay (including benefit continuation, where applicable), or a combination therefor, as may be required by the NB Employment Standards Act (and other any applicable employment standard legislation), the provision of which shall constitute your only entitlement, contractually and/or under the common law, to notice or pay in lieu thereof severance or termination pay and/or benefit continuation, and you expressly agree that the company shall be under no further obligation to you. For added clarity, it is understood and agreed that this contractual provision in intended to supersede and replace any entitlement to common law notice.
