Listening : 6.5
Reading : 5.5
Writing : 6.5
Speaking : 7.0

Overall Score : 6.5

Could you please provide the information which program , state is suitable for me. How much time it will take.

Please check details about Express entry ('fsw - federal skills wokers' category).

also check your CRS score using 'CRS score calculator', whether u are getting enough points. In recent past people with a score above ~470 have got invitation for PR. However, with your IELTS score (and no Canadian experience), I doubt if your score would reach near the required score.

Your reading is too low, you need minimum a 6

You should prepare IELTS and retake the test improving all your scores in order to get more points.

Perhaps you can ask IELTS for reconsideration.
