Request for IMM 5669 (Background Declaration form) Not Sent

Hello,

I've submitted an outland sponsorship application for my spouse, and I've already been approved as a sponsor. I received this notice in my email from CPC M asking me to link my application online, and that a request has or will be sent with instructions for submitting the IMM 5669. I've already successfully linked my account, but it's been about a month now and I haven't received any request for submitting this form; there also doesn't seem to be an option for this whenever I check my application online. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to be requested of the IMM 5669 form? Is there someone from CPC M that I can contact about this? Any help would be appreciated!

has the applicant checked their email? generally, requests for the applicant (who the background declaration form is for) is sent to the applicant's email, not the sponsor. the only difference is when the sponsor is listed as the representative for the applicant. after sponsor approval, all communication is sent to the applicant.

the guide specifically states to NOT submit these items upfront. it's best to follow the directions and wait until requested.

We've listed both of our contact emails as my email, this way everything goes to me because her English is not very good. Still no correspondence though :'(
