i am in canada and have applied for permanent residency in june 2013 with medicals done in september, and file in process since november 2013. i am here in canada and my wife and son is in india. they have also got the medicals done with me and have SINP form sasketchwan. as we are all provincial nominees.
its been a long while and i have emailed them with a standard reply from that it is under process please do not email us. i asked my lawyer friend to help me so he said that i can apply for FOSS sheets from cic under right to information act. please advice is it good to do so. everyone who has applied with me and much after me in family cases have already done their landings and their families have joined them. i feel a let down as i m working overnight for last two years and it is taking a long time to get through. please advice and share if any other valuable information is there.
