I was requested some documents (which were already uploaded) but have done it again.
will the file go back in the line again! kinda bummed to have lost 45 days, so just curious!

That's administration, it happens.
45 days isn't much, and definitely doesn't make you risk having to wait more than the average processing time, which should be your realistic expectation. And if for some reason, your application takes more time, it won't be for these docs if you provided all IRCC asked for. You applied in July, relax.
