Request for Advising How to Arrange Money as my Application is Back

Dear Friends,
I applied under FSW1, 0631 category. My application has been back due to cap reached. I've got two questions. (1) Do I need to wait in the hope that in July CIC will take new applications? (2) Presently, my money which I've shown for the PR application, I am not getting any interest on it. Should I keep it in the same way because what will be the new requirement for CIC if they takes new applications in JULY that is unknown.

I need your advice please.

1. Wait and apply when the cap opens and hope that your NOC will still be eligible. Or get a job offer and apply for FSW2 or WP. You can also explore QSW or PNPif you qualify.
2. Certainly life goes on and you can use your money as u deem fit. However, you must mkae sure to get the required POF when reapplying.

Thanks Mandie, but for the proof of fund does it require to show bank statements for 3 months or if I put this money in the fixed deposit and I can show that deposit as the proff of fund? but again it would be hard to predict for CIC what can be there requirements for the July applicants?

As you've specify QSW or PNP. But I don't have much idea for these. Can you explain a bit more please. One more thing I have started PhD in Uk recently. Can I think of PhD option in Canada?

Qubec Skilled Worker and Provincial Nominee Program. Nope, the PhD route is for those in Canadian universities. I will advise you go to the CIC website for detailed information about which route may be best for you.

keep your money in saving account { gain some interest} . pretty hopeful 0631 would figure in noc list for sure. As far as changes are concerned , points on age ,english language, education and work experience would differ in skilled immigration (no idea abt pnp and Quebec changes).They may raise proof of fund . just gathered these info from forum.

Dear Trishna,

It is perfectly alright to show your POF in the form of fixed deposits. I did the same and got approved. My funds were in the form of a fixed deposit in India but i am living in Australia. So make your money earn for you, why to let it sit idle. ;D ;D
