Hello everyone, My PR application timeline is something like this :-

Application Received - April 2 2013

AOR Received - May 13 2013

Ecas status from Application received to In Process - May 20 2013

Request for Additional Documents - June 12 2013

I just received an email from OttPilot - Immigration i.e. Academic transcripts and evidence of tuition fee payment for all courses that you have taken at any institution, since your initial arrival in Canada. I was also missing a PCC in my original application and i thought if CIC will contact me they will request for PCC as well but in this email they only requested for academic stuff. I am confused if I should send official copy of transcripts or just the one thats available online to me through my school's website. Does anyone else has received anything like this from CIC? Any help will be really appreciated. Thank You.

Just send them whats available from school website...

And I recommend you to send pcc if you have it with you, it will remove unnecessary delays

interesting that they would ask for your Canadian documents given that the Post-Graduate stream was abolished for applications received as of Jan 2, 2013. Perhaps it is part of the background/work experience verification process and they need to cross-check some information? Who knows with CIC. Have you been asked to submit the documents by email? If so you could send your unofficial transcripts and fee payment receipts, with a note that official transcripts are to follow as you had to order them. Most schools have a very quick turnaround with regards to ordering transcripts, so if you are in Canada and would like to err on the side of caution, you could order them ASAP . Good luck.

Can you let us read the full email? Some background info? What's your noc?

All though i have canadian credientials but i did provide all transcripts along with my application. yesterday i got my GCMS notes and in the details VO sepcifically mentioned that he had checked my transcript and it did confirm that my courses match my NOC category. so i wuld imagine that in order to do same process on your application they have requested this info.

Deep getting from school is easy...you can order online and they will mail u sealed copy in a week...Better send the sealed one

I was trying to say I am confused about sending them documents online i.e. (Unofficial Transcripts) with a letter stating official ones are on their way. And/Or just sending them once I receive it from my University.

I am not really sure what's the reason behind VO requesting my transcripts but I hope its the same as yours.

I don't know if CIC requested the same from anyone else but certainly from me. I will send everyone as soon as I have my official transcripts as their deadline is 60 days from the request made.
