Hi guys I have a question about the "Evidence of continued contact with spouse such as phone bills (the last three previous months)"
as I understand this is to show that me and my wife are still staying in touch, unfortunately I always use a prepaid phone card to call her, I do however call/message her using Skype or the Facebook messenger app. I can print my chat logs but most of our conversations is in our native tongue. Do I need to translate them all to English and have it notarized?

I believe you will have to do that so they believe you. when did they request documents

I received the request for additional documents on October 9. Still compiling everything we need, then I'll mail it to CPC-Ottawa.

Thanks! I'll do just that!

Gam,

Can you share your more detailed timeline? When did you apply? When did you add your spouse? and if you both recieved medical requests?

Also, what did they ask you in the telephonic interview?

Hi,

Is there anyone received a request for remed for both husband and wife? I have sponsored my husband and they have sent a remed request today, but they are asking the remed for "your self and your spouse". I don't understand why they are asking for both.

I would really appreciate if you can help me out.

Thanks,

Submitted my wife's additional documents last November 2015, I received my wife request for medical exam last December 31, 2015, my wife already did a medical exam for an open work permit application last June 2015. Unfortunately it was denied because they treated it as an ordinary application for a work permit which needs a LMIA.

My question is

1. Can I still use the old medical exam results of my wife for the PR application?
2. If I could, should I email a scanned copy of the e medical form to CIC or should I just mail it to them?

Thanks for your help!

Attach scanned copy of the medical completion form and email CIC with complete details of urs and spouse,
make sure you include IME/UMI of medical along with UCI,name DOB.

In the same mail ask them to confirm the receipt of this email/medical form

Will do! Thanks for the info, will post additional updates once CIC responds!

Hello Everyone,
I got the following email from CIC and am in the final stages of my application, E-CAS have "Medical Received"
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø Relationship Questionnaires: Please fill in the attached forms for both you and your spouse
Ø Communication proof: Proof of communication (photos, letters, E-mails, phone bills), between you and your spouse
Ø RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for your spouse (please see the following instructions)

I got this email 3rd Feb 2016 and as per the email I fill out the forms and send all the required documents by email back to CIC on 06 Feb 2016 as they asked but normally you get auto reply back for the emails which i never did. I just want to ask everyone that if am the only one or someone else had the same thing happened. If not what would you suggest me to do further down.

Thanks
Deep

make sure that you sent the email to the correct email address. Also keep the attachments per email to less than 5mb. I would always expect an auto reply back as proof of the delivered email.
