Request for Additional Documents - Regarding my marriage after Medical recieved

I am in a similar boat as you guys, they asked for RPRF fees on 10th July which I have already paid on 11 July. I applied on Nov 18th, 2013
Still no news. Even ECAS shows Application received and Medicals received.

now i wait again. now cic they want to verify if me and my spouse are together
so i sent them photos , lease, t4, phone bills e.t.c. but guys i make a mistake on the dates that when we have met
for may instead i put april. do you think it is going to be a big deal for them?

Thanks. It has been 2 months since I sent out my additional documents to "proof" my marriage. However, I haven't heard anything back from CIC yet. Nervously waiting for my GCMS notes. Hopefully I can get some valuable information from there.

Hello krom2424,

First of all , reason to send request for additional marriage details was to make sure you are giving correct dates and proof. by doing such a mistake you have made your case worst, I guess you had enough time to validate and send the documents.

Probably you should send them an email saying, you have done mistake while entering the dates.

Hello Guys,

I have a very serious issue with my application. I recently got married and added my spouse in my application however going by the threads it seems CIC is asking for additional document in every case(where spouse is added during processing of principal client application).

Here comes the issue as part of my marriage(traditional hindu) we had all the rituals in a temple and photography was not allowed in the temple, however we have pics of reception and all the other documents like Marriage certificate, Phone bills, hotel reception bills and chat conversations.
Kindly let me know if these documents will be suffice will a letter from the temple stating the same(marriage took place on so and so date and photography was not allowed) will do??

I reside in Canada on work permit (Valid till: Sep,2015). I applied for PR under CEC in February, 2014. I visited India recently and got engaged. Then we did court marriage in the after a week. We did not have a traditional marriage ceremony. We are planning this ceremony in January 2015.
I am planning to add her to my ongoing PR application. (I dont have as many proofs like you guys as this relationship is very recent)

PR application results will take more than a year. So, I am wondering if I can apply dependent work permit for her or no? Or visitor visa is the only way to go? We want to be together as soon as possible.

Any suggestions are welcome. Please guide me.

I recently got engaged in June to a family friend and I am getting married to her in November but my fiancee passport has expired.
we are submitting passport for renewal on 8th Oct as per the appointment.
I am worried that I may not receive her passport by Nov end.
Will the new issue date on passport will make CIC suspicious.
Its a typical arrange marriage. No phone calls. No pic together Until we both get married.
How do I handle my situation to proof my marriage legitimate.

Please help.

Please help. I suggest to wait first for your PPR . You don't won't to mix the situation right now.

First thing first..! finish your landing and get PR confirmation.

After think about all above scenarios, you will be having lot of options after your PR done.. Complete your marriage and get all required document before applying for spouse PR application.

Its not that much complicated, and keep your options open. Remember one thing, CIS will clear your marriage only when they get valid documents. in case if you are adding your spouse application now, your PR will be delayed until your spouses documents and security clearance will be done. it might take another 4 to 6 months.

Keep things simple and try to provide all valid documents to CIC. eventually everyone will get PR if everything is clean.

I received RPRF payment request on 25th September, paid it on 26th.. for my spouse and me. ..
I haven't received medical request yet. .

I'm a January applicant... got AOR on February 24th..


Any ideas why??
and what should I do now? ?

I had got this email "Request for Additional Documents" yesterday, regarding my marriage after Medical received. But CPC had missed to attach the "Principal Applicant’s Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)" document, but mentioned in email I had to send this as hard copy along with 2nd form "“Spouse’s Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)”.

Can anyone send me the "Principal Applicant’s Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Marriage)" document, that will be great and helpful?

8 months call history
8 months skype history
our few pics 5 years old we are in relation from last 5 years
all other documents
im just wondering is there any thing else do i need to make the case stronger
and how long its gonna take for her visa
