Request for Additional Documents - Regarding my marriage after Medical recieved

Hello people,

Its 5 am in the morning, I have just reached home after finishing my landing at rainbow bridge.
finally long wait has been over, officially I am now Canadian PR.

Started my journey in 6 May 2013 and got the approval on 29 March 2014.

I am not able sleep now ;D

Thank you everyone for your support, guidance, comments and suggestions.. Eventhough I had hired lawyer I was constantly following this forum, it was really helpful to understand the process better.


I would like to wish everyone good luck on thier application, soon everyone will get good news..

I got PPR within one month of sending additional documents to Ottawa..!

My lawyer gave me green signal on all my supporting documents, now i am going to send all documents soon.Normally he forward the documents to Ottawa, this time he asked me to send all documents directly to Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa.

Addition to my earlier supporting documents, I found couple of email conversations , hotel and domestic travel tickets(India).

will keep you all updated, if anybody need any help from my limited experience please buzz me on private message.

2.Reception pictures
3.couple of selfies taken during honeymoon
4.For evidence of contact with spouse - Mobile call history,Skype history and Whatsapp chat history
5.my traveling details - air tickets and hotel booking confirmation
6.My spouses Travel tickets and entry stamp
7. Financial support - Rental agreement with my Spouses name in it, i have recently applied credit to my spouse as authorized user.
8. Marriage certificate


Regarding questioner , it all normal. you have to mention your personal details about your relationship and wedding.

Same thing happened to me.

My wife and I are stilling waiting for the decision. CIC received our relationship questionnaire along with support documents on April 1. This forum told me I am not alone..

Medicals done, landing fee done. Just one step to my goal.

I have noticed that it normally takes 3 - 4 weeks to get updates are sending documents.

i m in same situation ,file received 31 may 2013 , 31 jan 2014 asked for proof of relationship, 1 feb med request, i sent proof on 4 feb, MD 5 feb, on notes they received home lease, bank statment and our son birth certificate. but on 14 march they requested my patner PCC and same doc again, this time new VO. may be he didnt check properly that previous officer already updated, also got RPRF on 17 march2014, i sent all doc and pcc on 8 april2014... hope now no other doc request just a magic email PPR ... best of luck every one . hope we get PPR soon keep updating pls, so we know how long it takes after doc...
