Representative adding after starting of the processing of application

This is a part of email that my consultant got as I added representative after the starting of the process of my application for adding additional information about our spousal sponsorship.In the first part of email they already mentioned they have forwarded the additional information to local visa office .My question is does my consult also need to send the form again to local visa offices also??or its a generic reply!


In addition, this message is to inform you that we have received the Use of representative (IMM5476) form.

However, as your request is for an outside Canada application, we invite you to contact the responsible Canadian visa office directly in order to authorize a representative.

The message pretty much tells you what to do. Probably the local office will get it, do a new webform and indicate which office.
