I’ve recently moved back to Canada and would like to get to know if any other government body such as ministry of education, or ministry of immigration, diversity and inclusion (in Quebec for French classes) can report you for residency violation to IRCC/CIC?
I’ve been filling some forms and there were questions regarding my residency in the past... it’ll be obvious my 6 months residency violation if any of these organisations look at the forms and my record of landing which is required
I’ve checked the government website and the only thing that got me worried is this sentence:
