In May 2015, when I came back from my own country with a renewed passport, I Was stopped by officer for further queries. Then after I back home, I have received mail of report from CBCA regarding inadmissible based on her opinions that mine residency obligation is not met. Because of this report, I couldn't sponsor my husband and my baby. The minister have not response to me of their decision, yet I don't have right to file my appeal. I have called cic call centre,they said I have to wait, and there's nothing they can do for me nor my family.
Do anybody know how should I do, to have reunion of my sick son and my lonely husband.

so where are you now? Are you still in Canada? Have you already met your residency obligation when you entered? and If you weren't, how many days you are away from meeting your obligation?

I am still in Canada, I have been here 20 years, I didn't get my citizenship until I applied in last 3 years ago, that's when I went to married abroad in uk. Until then I have kept my residency in Canada by coming back often. I think because of this frequently coming back, I got red flagged in their system at the airport. I calculated prior to May 2015, I have 995 days past 5 years.
