Replacement Needed - Client Enquiry

Hi all,

I got this a new message in my CIC account as action needed and in the submitted documents i can see an option for uploading a file in the uploaded document list.


"Replacement Needed" - (Client Enquiry) Upload by May 21,2020

i have recently requested for adding spouse to my application and got a ADR and to submit all the documents via email (as per the ADR).


But here there is an option for uploading files in the CIC account as well.

I'm confused what should i replace in that documents is it the same ADR document or any other documents?

Need guidance or expert advise?

Hi,

I have also received the same message "Replacement Needed" - (Client Enquiry) Upload by May 11,2020.

I have not made any changes to my application except for requesting extension for bio-metrics which also I submitted within the time frame. I don't know what do I have to upload.

Need some guidance here please.

I have called IRCC and confirmed that It’s just the request for adding my spouse to my profile. Since you requested for adding extension for getting your biometrics. That’s what they’re asking to Provide any documents stating that why do you need more time to provide your biometrics or show them What you have done so far for getting my biometrics.

Hi @parthm92 , have you called IRCC? What did they say that you need to upload? I'm in the exact same situation as you. Thanks.

I got the same situation right now but now I don’t want to add my spouse because she got some medical issues. Suggest me what should i do. I already sent webform about it. Should I upload the client enquiry documents or not? Please help me. I tried to call them nd failed every time to connect with agent.

Hi,

I got a similar request but it mentions providing funding details for the entire stay etc. Even though i have mentioned absolutely everything and the costs covered are more than enough for my tuition fees and other expenses

Another section has been opened up "replacement needed"
Has anyone faced this issue ? Any suggestions ?

I am in similar situation.I got my study permit in s1 category.But I have a mandatory Coop in.my studies.So,I need my study permit in sw1 category.Now in gc portal its showing client enquiry.What should I submit here??
