Hi,
I've been given an additional field to upload my UK Police Certificate as at the time I was submitting my application I was still waiting on it. However, now that I've received the document I'm having issues uploading it.
1. The form to which I have to upload it online asks for 'Country of Issue' but the only options available from the drop down menu imply British citizenship (eg. UK - British citizen; UK - Brit. overseas citizen etc.). None of those apply to me as I'm a UK resident but NOT citizen. There's no just UK or England, Scotland, Wales, N.Ireland option available.
2. The form also asks for document's expiry date but Biritsh Police Certificates don't have one.
I can't procceed with uploading the document once the form is all filled in and I don't want to provide false information. Any help? It's kind of urgent.
