Repeated Error Cod when trying to upload supporting Documents.

We have been getting this error (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Re33rX11BGa48attvv51M32RciEatGro/view?usp=share_link) for the last 3 weeks after pressing 'continue application'. We are trying to upload our documents for express entry PR (after completing our travel history etc). We have been invited to apply. We have 12 days left to submit, and our IEC visa ends in December.
We have submitted 2 web forms for this technical issue with great detail and evidence. The first one was a complete waste of time and their response was entirely unhelpful and possibly automated. We have not heard back on the other.

What are our options? Can we extend our IEC while we wait to hear back on this technical issue? We have all documents ready to upload, but have not submitted our application as we are unable to do so - so we are ineligible for bridging Visa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are completely lost, and the customer care line literally just tell you to submit a webform - which they have no access to, and do not respond promptly too.

We're afraid our ITA and our IEC will both run out of date before we hear back from our web forms. The issue occurs across various web browsers, different laptops, incognito mode and cleared caches etc etc.
