i got my pr card 1 month back through express entry, i have 2 questions -

1. can i renunciate my pr? if yes what is the process?
2. after renunciation can i apply again in future? if yes what are the restrictions? thanks

Do this if you're sure that you cannot meet the minimum requirement of living in Canada for at least two years within a five-year period. If it is to avoid taxes on worldwide income, then it's up to you. I think just having PR status doesn't mean you start paying taxes on your worldwide income, unless you become a tax paying citizen of Canada. I am not too sure about this and would leave it to other experienced members on this forum to answer it for you in case this is the reason.

2. I think you can and there shouldn't be any restrictions on re-applying. You can add details/LOE about this when you re-apply. Consulting a lawyer would be the best thing to do.
