My parents have renounced their PR status in the Amman Embassy in Jordan , does anyone know how long it takes to process the application? because it does not show the statistics on their website

This is probably done so rarely that statistics are not kept yet, if at all. Renunciation has only recently been possible within the legislation, so it's way too early to tell yet.
