Rental in Markham near Indian/Gujrati Community

Asking for friend , can anyone please suggest good community to stay as one of my friend moving to Markham with 4 years old please revert continent place for school and near to Indian Gujrati community
As they don't drive and landing now there they will need to be near public transport and shopping center along with easy access to daycare/school for toddler
Please revert as they have to move by 1st of August.

Where they should move should be dependent on where they are employed and good transportation links especially without a car. If they need daycare availability of affordable daycare should also be a priority. Budget is also a big factor. Needing to be near an Indian Gurjrati community falls behind all these other things on the lost. Would suggest they find something temporary for the first few months while they try to secure employment, daycare, etc. and that will determine where they should live. If not you could be commuting hours per day, not finding daycare, etc. you can always travel to where there is a Gujrati Indian community on the weekend because most days you are mainly interacting with your family and saving time on things like commuting, being next to good transport links throughout the GTA, etc. should be a priority
