Renounce PR before apply TRV

My PR Obligation Appeal dismissed last year as unable to meet the Residency obligation. I want to apply TRV. Is it required to renounce my PR status before I apply TRV? Or Appeal dismissed means PR renounce

Yes you should have lost your PR after your appeal was dismissed.
