Renounce PR and Apply for TRV at same time

I am currently a PR and am aware that i havent met the RO and wanted to renounce my PR but at the same time apply for a Visitor visa. Can some one advise how long the whole process takes. I will be applying directly to the Canadian High Commision in Delhi, India.

I have sent them numeorous emails but havent got any response back?

Hi,
My husband did this in Dubai through VFS. It took him 10 days to receive his passport back with a 9 year multiple visa. (his passport was valid for 9 years then)
It was very easy but then again our son was born here and I'm also working here full time!
