estimated net worth (in Canadian dollars)?
own or operate a farm in Canada?
self-employed in sports or cultural activities?
any caregiver experience or formal training within the last 3 years?
participated in world-class level cultural activities or athletics, or been self-employed in cultural activities or athletics?
willing to invest at least $800,000 into Canada's economy?
And many more......

Those aren't new - in specific circumstances, certain job categories may not need a work permit (but may have other requirements).

I agree ......with you....so the 29 occupations mentioned in the new site are final one's right......plz update me on this

I suspect you are referring to the ones that have reached their cap for applications accepted earlier this year. Right now, the only skilled worker applications being accepted are those for folks with arranged employment and PhD applicants (see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp)
