I am a SG citizen with CAN PR status (landed immigrant).
I need to travel back to Singapore in 2013 however my passport will be within 6mths before expiry during my travel period.
Qns
1) Should I even renew prior to travel?
2) If I renew, can I pick up my passport in Vancouver High Commission on my way back to CAN? Keep in mind I'll be using my current passport to travel.
3) Will I be in trouble if my passport is less than 6mths before expiry while I am travelling in SG? Eg: My passport expires in Jun 2013 & I travel in Jan 2013.
