Hi,
I am a us citizen and live with my Canadian husband in the us. I have got my Canadian PR card in 2007 and its been expired since July 2012. Could I renew my PR card? or I should wait until we decide to live in Canada and renew it after 2 years staying in Canada? If I can renew it now would the documents relevant to living in the us with my Canadian husband be enough? I appreciate for the answers you give me

If you have spent the required number of days accompanying your Canadian spouse, you can renew your PR card. Just prove that you were together and you should be OK.

Thanks for the answer. So I guess our US tax assessments and a letter from my son's schools and his vaccination report and marriage certificate and a letter from my husband's employer should be enough to prove that I've been living with him all the time, right? Or you think I would need more documents? thanks again for sharing your information.
