I am currently trying to renew my PR card, and ran into box 21 of the application, stating "Have you traveled or lived outside of Canada in the last 5 years. Include ALL absences (Including those due to employment, vacations, trips to the United States and any other time you left Canada). In 5 years, I may have went on less than 10 trips to the US that were more than 24 hours, either a weekend camping trip or a weekend hockey tournament. I never had my passport stamped by either side, so will there be a record of these trips, and if so, how can I get the dates to put into my application...Moving forward, I will keep track of all the over 24 hour trips...
Any help/advice, is much appreciated..

You can get that info from I-94 travel history which can be retrieved online for free. Additionally, you get records from American and Canadian border control agencies; That will cost you some money though...

also check bank and credit card statements.
