Renewing our nanny's work permit - really delayed!

Hi,

We have a nanny that we sponsored and her work permit expired on April 4, 2020, when her passport expired. We did a new LMIA and she did biometrics and submitted her application on January 4, 2020. When I call the information phone number, it says that they received it on that day, so I know they have it. But, it has been almost 6 months since they got it and there has been no movement on it. Her OHIP is expired, she is supposed to travel and really nervous. What do we do about this? Anyone with advice?

I applied for post graduation work permit on the 23d of January and didn't receive a response yet, any chance when I would get response?, as I'm currently overseas, and can't enter Canada yet. Please, if you can provide me information when the case processing center will process my application or when I can enter Canada (as a tourist)??.
