Renewing my PR card online and stuck in section 5 Residency Obligation

I have lived many years in Canada already, well past the time needed, I'm filling up my application online and it doesn't allow me to fill up the time of travel outside of Canada, It says:
"Please review the date you entered in response to “1.4 Date you became a PR in Canada” on page 1 of this form. This date must be accurate before proceeding with the rest of the form."
I have double checked and my date is right and from more than 15 years ago. Any idea on how I can resolve this issue?

Try to download a paper form and mail to IRCC.

Last I checked and entered a date 30 years ago, there were no such issue.
