Renewing my open work permit

Hey guys I'm trying to renew my open work permit but the website changed since the last time I used it!
It's so confusing now I don't know where to find the application to apply online it keeps redirect me to same page that shows the instruction without any link for the application. Can anyone please help me

I was able to find it but they asking me for Proof of upfront medical exam :/ is that normal ?

Yes, sometimes they ask for an upfront medical exam. I would say it's normal.

Did everyone had to do that for an open work permit extension?

Okay so I didn’t need to do a medical exam as the paper I had when I did it for my refugee claim is valid until 2024 also the extension was free I was kinda of surprised about that!

If you stayed for longer than 6 months in another country, you will be required. It's one of the questions on the owp extension. If you answered yes to that, then you will be required to have medical.
