I am a second-year international student who got his visa last year but will travel to Canada for the first time on August 15th. My application was accepted in November.
I passed my medical exam last year on August 7th, 2020, Therefore it will expire on August 7th, 2021.
I renewed my medical examination at the end of June 2021 but I still haven't received any type of confirmation that it's valid. it has been 24+ days and I am growing concerned. I have a friend whose medical exam will expire on the 5th of august and they renewed it at the end of May and they still haven't received any type of confirmation. For those whose medical exam expired, it took them about a week or 2 to have it updated, but for me, since It still hasn't expired yet, I still haven't received any update. What should I do? I am worried that they will start reviewing my medical exam only when my old one expires, which may mean that they won't do it before my flights, which will cause a lot of issues.
Please help.
