I applied renewal of PR cards for the whole family. All members got the new card within 1/2 months except for one daughter. It has been 5 months without update!
After singing in IRCC (where the application has been linked), the status of the application is "Final decision - February 28, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." No other information shown.
I have sent webform for query for at least 3 or 4 times, but none of them got responded with useful information.
We have been taking risks to use the expired PR card to travel with our daughter, and luckily she got onboarded to a flight from Italy back to Canada and just got a warning in the custom. The same in the travel by car from United State back to Quebec, Canada.
But I can not take any more risks especially for commercial transportations.
What should I do to make it moving forward?
