Renewal of PR card

Hi, I am presently in canada and met the criteria of more than 2 years in canada. Now I want to leave the country for a vacation and for some issues. Can I renew my PR card online from outside of Canada. My card will expire in Nov 2014.

For citizenship eligibility:
Landed sept 2009
out of canada june 2010
came in Aug 2011
plan to go out May 2013

Any chance for applying for citizenship. Is it necessary to write the written test for citizenship or can we write online.

You can apply for citizenship but since you don't meet the requirements, you will be rejected. You can not write the citizenship test online...it is in person on the date provided to you by CIC.
