Renewal of pr card application returned because it was incomplete

Hi there,
My pr card expired a month ago but i did apply for renewal before the due date.But the application didn't go through and i got a notification saying incomplete application but I'm unable to view what is incomplete in the application.Im wondering how do i renew my pr card again do o fill the same application and send it again.I would appreciate any input from you guys thanks

There have been a lot of issues with the online application process; many people seeing "Incomplete Application" which turns out to be a glitch in the portal. Suggest sending a web form (or calling IRCC) to find out if your message is one of those.
