Hi, i want to know what are the requirements to renew an open work permit...i was working before as live in caregiver but right now i work in the nursing home...do i need to submit a letter from the recent employer? actually, im a bit confuse, just need help...Thanks

No,if it's an open work permit you can work for whoever you choose so no letter needed!
