Renewal of Indian passport in India for Canadian Permanent Resident

Hello all,
I have Canadian Permanent residency, my Indian passport is set to expire in December this Year. I am going to India in November and thinking of renewing it there.
While filling up the information on Passport Seva kendra website-
1. Do I have to say that Yes my address is outside Canada.
2. If I say yes and enter Canadian address, it is only accepting numeric pin code whether we have alpha numeric zip code. What to do ?

Can I just say my address is in India only.
