This is so weired and not expected! Their refusal reason is "You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your host's income and assets." I have submitted my T4, bank account 100k and my parents bank account with 40k. They entered Canada and the US multiple times. Thoughts? I am so confused!!

Did you submit an NOA? Normally IRCC expects to see an NOA.

No…. I didn’t. Just one t4. Guess I underestimated the process. How many years of NOA should be submitted?

Wait until you have an NOA and then reapply. One year is fine and it should be the most recent year.

According to IRCC website a T4 of most recent tax year should be fine.
  • proof that your child or grandchild’s household meets the minimum necessary income; examples include:
    • Notice of Assessment (NOA) or T4/T1 for the most recent tax year
    • Employment Insurance Benefit statements
    • employment letter including salary, job title, job description, and date of hiring
    • pay stubs
    • bank statements
Providing a T4 of the most recent tax year shouldn't be an issue.

That shouldn't be a reason for a refusal as their website clearly stated that a T4 of the most recent tax year can be used.
