Hi, I have a question relating to study permit renewal.
My cousin came to Canada in Feb, 2014. His study permit will be expired in Feb 2015. Right now, he just finished all of his English courses.
He also received an acceptance letter for his main program coming in Sept 2015.
Can he start renewing his permit in Jan and wait in Canada till Sept?
