Renew study permit- conditional offer of admission PLS HELP

Hi all,
I'm international student in Canada for four years and now my study permit is going to expire soon in May but I still didn't receive the acceptance from the B college that I applied to. I got a conditional offer of admission from another L college but they said that I have to deposit $6000 and they will issue the letter of acceptance. If I get the acceptance from the B college and want to go to that college, they will give me the refund which is $4500 and $1500 is non refundable. I just want to know if I can use my conditional offer of admission to renew my study permit to wait for the B college. I want to study HR management and the B college offer that program while the L college only provides business management. Should I pay $6000 to get the letter of acceptance first to extend my study permit?.. Help me I'm so much worried about my study permit. Thanks so much

Hi,

I'm incredibly new to this process but I do know (confirm with someone else just in case. if you can't I would be screwed also) that with a conditional / provisional acceptance letter you can apply for a Study Permit.

I am doing it right now.

In fact on the PDFs that were emailed to me from the University this was included at the top with the header:
