Renew PR card

hello everyone
my PR card will expire in 7 months, so I decided to start the application for my new card.

now I am on http://www.cic.gc.ca and try to find out, what I have to send with my application.
those things are written there:

- IMM5444
- Photocopy of one (1) primary identity document
- Two (2) photos placed in a small envelope
- Fees - Copy of the receipt showing the amount paid

I am sorry, I know this question might sound old and for some of you not funny anymore to respond to, but I am like the guy that doesn't want to send documents 2-3 times only because something was missing....

so are those documents all I have to send? and about the Fee, I can't really find a document that shows me the fee's for renewing the PR card.

you have to also send PROOF OF YOUR ADDRESS like Bank statement, or Credit Card statement or Electric Bill etc
Fees can be paid on line on there website.
Though NOT mandatory it may help to send Photo Copies of passport supporting your stay in Canada and pattern of entry and Exit in and out of Canada.
