Renew PGWP after renewal of passport

Hi,

I finished my studies in Canada and I got my PGWP until my passport expires. I have renewed my passport and I want to apply for renewal of my PGWP and when I am going to CIC website and start filling questions for eligibility check. It asks me to have LMIA and if I say no then it won't allow me to finish it and I am not able to get form and supporting documents required. What should I do? Do I need to send paper application or is there any way I can submit application online?

I have applied through paper on April 6th and the application reached Vegreville on April 11th. How and when can i link my application with MYCIC account? When i try to link it say's unable to find your application. Please anyone can help.

You did not applied online. So there is nothing to link to your MyCIC account.
