Remove Spouse from PR application.

Hello PPl,

Thanks for looking into this thread.

I applied for for PR last year and i have recieved the AOR.

The issue is that my wife and me MAY get seperated, it is still unclear if we would be or not but she would not give her medical exam and police verification to further proceed the application.

I am the Main applicant and she applied as dependent.

Can i remove her from the application.... Please suggest.

No - you can't remove her if you are still married. If you want to remove her - you will have to provide documentation that you have legally separated and/or filed the paperwork to divorce her.

What is i do not submit her medical and police verification at the time when it would be requested.

As i am the Primary Applicant and there are no points of spouse ( 0/67 ) can i only give my documents ( Medical and Police verification ).

will that not work ?

what all could happen if my spouse does not give police verification and medical ?

You will be inadmissible if any of your family member is inadmissible.




Reasons for inadmissibility

i think there is a way you can exclude family member, i cant find it atm, but in that case you can never sponser her in future. best is check with any professional

Agreed. If you fail to submit the medical and PCCs for your spouse then your application is going to be refused.

just for your info my sister sponser my mother but cic sent medical for both parents but my father did not went for medical n my mother did her medical n cic issued her visa i dont know if this can happen in your case as u r fsw applicatants seniors plz advise
