Hi all,
provincial nominee application, received medical forms in May, the results came back last week.
The situation is: the spouse's tests revealed a serious problem that make her and thus the main applicant ineligible for immigration. Divorce is coming soon. There were still no official letters from Immigration, just the clinic called her.
The question: can the main applicant remove her from the application and still be approved (alone)?

Thank you

If you can prove you have officially filed for divorce - then you can request your wife be removed from the application. If you haven't filed divorce yet - then no.

Thank you for the fast response. The concern is: how much time usually passes before the immigration issues an official letter (notification of medical problem or refusal) in such cases (PNP Economic Class)?
