Removal order interview

One of our friend has received letter from home office . His appeal has been rejected before. he has interview in next week. Anyone knows what will happen in that interview .. our friend appeal has been rejected but his family's case is still under process !! It's just husband whose removal order are enforced!!

He needs to attend. They will likely let him know he is under a removal order, possibly give him a date to leave by or arrange for regular check in with the CBSA.

Pre Removal Risk Assessment is for People awaiting removal but the PRRA will enable you to stay with further evidence if you fear persecution in your country. You can google Pre Removal Risk Assessment. And get further details

Thank you .. i did research... but i just want to know... if its possible that visa officer can make decision on his stay like granting him visa or something .. and if visa officer isn't satisfied in how many days he will get deported?

Since you haven’t applied for the PRRA before and it’s your first time , there is ever possibility that you may get it, you can call them on the phone and explain your situation and possibly give you some advice as per the PRRA

If anyone else has applied for PRRA please help out or if been in this situation .. its really nerve wrecking for the family.. after 2 months he has interview again.. what if they detain him and deport him.. his family will be all alone..

Yes he did talk to his lawyer.. lawyer said its good he got 2 months extension.. On his next interview if they tried to put him in detention then they can file Prra.. i just want to give them moral support or any good suggestion from the experiences of this group members.. its hard time for them as his kids are really small .. his elder kid is 5 years old just
