Removal order for refugee case

I got a removal letter from enforcement and intelligence operations regarding my refugee case. They call me for an interview. My wife already sponsored my PR under spousal or common law partner. I got AOR as well. Any who experienced same situation? Can you please tell me what would happen in the interview.

my refugee application was dismissed. But I didn't withdraw my application. Then I got married and my wife sponsored my PR that process is still in progress

Did you appeal the refugee application refusal?

You only have AOR right now and not AIP for the spousal sponsorship application, correct?

No, I didn't appeal for refugee application. and No I dont have AIP. I have AOR and biometric and medical are done

How long ago was your refugee application refused? It would have been much better to have appealed the decision but it may be too late for that for you.

Definitely do not skip the interview. You have to attend.

Wait for others to comment.

Having AIP generally guarantees you won't be removed. Since you don't have AIP yet, it's possible they may want to remove you. If that happens, you want to hope they offer you PRRA.
