yes u r right. and this also adds up to the skill transferability factor. But the problem is he is not convinced of his ability and he thinks his score will not improve and it will be a waste of time and money.. any ways thank you so much..
You're welcome.

Well, I hate to say it but if he is giving up so early, Canada is probably not the place for him. Good luck to you guys anyway;).

I followed this thread, the best advice is to get IELTS again, score better. Else look for a PNP. Why do you want to have complications? Even though it may technically not be misrepresentation - It would raise a red flag. Just not worth the extra points. Might as well work hard and get those grades ..eh..

My score was 368, I retook IELTS and it became 431 and I am the main applicant; my spouse didn't even take any language tests.
so retake IELTS

My partner took IELTS 3 times to get to CLB 10. IELTS is the secret to successful Canadian immigration. Most people who seem interested in immigrating are educated. What differentiates people from the ones who finally move and the ones who don't is language ability.

My hubby is the principal applicant in our EE Profile and with me accompanying him the CRS is 394. However I got a lead from one of the consultants that if my hubby removes me as the accompanying applicant then the CRS might go above 400 and so it increases our chances of getting an NOI from Ontario. Has anyone any idea about it?

P.S. Both of us do NOT have an ICT background so obviously we cannot get an NOI from Ontario at the current CRS.

It will be a complete misrepresentation. Officially, any sort of misrepresentation can lead to rejection of application. This is what my consultant informed to me.

All the very best!
